How to pay in for your Coffee Morning

Count up the donations you’ve collected, then take the money and your paying-in slip (from your Coffee Morning kit) to any branch of Royal Bank of Scotland, NatWest or Ulster Bank. Please note that other banks might charge a processing fee. Using them also means we sadly won’t be able to trace your payment back to your Coffee Morning or say thank you.

At the post office

Take your money and paying-in slip (from your Coffee Morning kit) to any Post Office branch.

Pay on the phone

Call 0330 102 7890 to pay in using your credit or debit card.

Send a cheque made payable to Macmillan Cancer Support and your paying-in slip to:

Please feel free to use the Freepost envelope in your Coffee Morning kit for this.

However you choose to pay in, please send us your completed Gift Aid form using the Freepost envelope in your Coffee Morning kit. Gift Aid means your fundraising can make an even bigger difference for people living with cancer at no extra cost to you or anyone who has donated.

Can’t find your paying in slip?

You should have received your paying in slip with the letter in your fundraising kit. Paying in slips have a unique number at the bottom which relates to your registration, so it’s important that you use the right one. If you need another one, you can order online, email coffee@macmillan.org.uk or phone 0330 102 7810.

Need to pay from overseas?

If you are abroad but have a bank card registered in the UK, you can still pay in online with your card.

If you don’t have a bank card registered in the UK, don’t worry. You can:

• - Make a PayPal payment. Just fill in this form and choose PayPal as your payment method.
• - Make a donation through your online fundraising (JustGiving) page.
• - Call 0300 1000 200 to speak to someone on our payment line.
• - Email coffee@macmillan.org.uk to arrange a BACs payment.

Decided not to host?

If plans changed and you weren’t able to host your Coffee Morning or fundraise, you can still make a personal donation to support people living with cancer. Thank you in advance.
