Papaya smoothie

  • Preparation time: 2 minutes
  • Cooking time: 3 minutes
  • Serves: 2 smoothies
  1. Prepare the papaya (ripe) by removing the skin and seeds
  2. Blitz with a hand blender
  3. Add greek yogurt, milk (adjust measure to preference), honey and a pinch of ginger
  4. Taste, and add additional ingredients if necessary
  5. Add lime juice and blitz
  6. Serve with a pinch of ginger powder and grated lime zest
  • 200g ripe papaya (or any soft fruit)
  • 150g Greek yoghurt
  • 200ml milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Pinch of ginger powder
  • Lime juice
