- Prepare the papaya (ripe) by removing the skin and seeds
- Blitz with a hand blender
- Add greek yogurt, milk (adjust measure to preference), honey and a pinch of ginger
- Taste, and add additional ingredients if necessary
- Add lime juice and blitz
- Serve with a pinch of ginger powder and grated lime zest
