In The Driving Seat is channeling the spirit of the Great British Bake Off to help raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, on their annual World’s Biggest Coffee Morning.
With a selection of tasty homemade favourites, hot drinks and games, the popular blog will be looking for the people of Wolverhampton to visit Wolverhampton Cricket Club on 28th September to help raise vital funds for the charity.
Attendees can join in the festivities and grab a brew from 9am at Danescourt Road, Wolverhampton, WV6 9BJ.
Alongside the selection of sweet treats, In The Driving Seat have partnered with First Stop to provide free tyre checks to all Macmillan nurses in the area, ensuring that they can get to their next appointment safely.
Rachel Smallman, Owner of In The Driving Seat said: “Macmillan Cancer Support is a cause close to my heart and we couldn’t think of a better way to launch the website to the people of the West Midlands than getting together and having a coffee.
“Plus, with a local garage joining us on the day, we’ll be able to ensure that motorists can get home safely following slices of sumptuous cake!
