Ingredients
- 4 tbsp self-raising flour
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 free range egg
- 3 tbsp grated cheese
- 1 pinch dried herbs
- 1 pinch of salt
How to prepare a speedy bake cheese and herb mug muffin
- In a mug pour in the flour and add in the butter. Pour in the milk until the ingredients are combined.
- Add the egg and mix in the grated cheese, herbs and a pinch of salt, until all of the ingredients are combined.
- Microwave for 1 minute.
- Finish by topping the muffin with a sprinkle of grated cheese and a pinch of herbs.
