Tips from a Master Patissier?

We’re delighted that Master Patissier Eric Lanlard, celebrity chef and host of TV’s Baking Mad with Eric Lanlard will be donating his time to answer your baking questions ahead of Coffee Morning this Friday.

It’s the perfect opportunity to make sure your cakes don’t let you down on the day by asking Eric everything you’ve ever wanted to know about baking, but didn’t know who to ask.
