Paying your money in
Thank you for taking part in the World's Biggest Coffee Morning. We really appreciate your support in helping to support people affected by cancer. Here's how to pay the money in that you've raised
Our thank you process
We send out our 'thank yous' as the money comes in. So if you bank in separate amounts, you will get thank you letters for the cumulative value of your coffee morning.
Also,to keep postage costs to a minimum, our certificates are posted out in batches. If you are expecting a certificate, it will be on its way.
Matched funding from a company?
If you have been fortunate enough to get matched funding from a company or your employer, please let us know so we can look out for it and ensure that it gets credited to your event.
Send an email to coffeeincome@macmillan.org.uk| with details of how much you're expecting and who from.
At a bank
Please bank the proceeds from your coffee morning using your unique paying-in slip attached to the welcome letter you received in your fundraising pack.
If you lose your paying-in slip, simply call our hotline on 0845 602 1246 and another one will be sent out to you.
Pay your money into a branch of Royal Bank of Scotland, Natwest or Ulster Bank. Please DO NOT pay your money into any other banks, as Macmillan may have to pay a charge or have difficulty tracing your payment.
Online
Use our secure donation form| to donate online using your credit or debit card.
If your billing address is different from the address at which your coffee morning is registered, please use the additional address field in the online form to let us know.
Over the phone
Call the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning hotline on 020 7091 2199 to donate using your credit or debit card.
By post
If you experience any problems banking your money or cannot get to a branch of Royal Bank of Scotland, Natwest or Ulster Bank, please send a cheque made payable to Macmillan Cancer Support, together with your pre-printed paying-in slip, to one of the following addresses:
